a

*Jodhaa Akbar is a sixteenth century love story about a marriage
of
alliance that gave birth to true love between a great Mughal emperor,
Akbar, and
a Rajput princess, Jodhaa.
*It is being
directed and
produced by Ashutosh Gowariker, the director of
Oscar-nominated Lagaan.
*The film centers around the romance
between
the Mughal Emperor Akbar, the founder of
Din-i-Ilahi, played by
Hrithik Roshan and his Hindu wife,
Jodhabai, played by
Aishwarya.
*There will be 6 songs in the movie composed by AR Rahman. Sonu
Nigam
and Alka Yagnik have sung a qawwali in the film, entitled Khwaja Mere
Khwaja.
* Over 80 elephants, 100 horses
and
55 camels are being used in the movie, These animals
must be
registered with the AWBI & the treatment with these animals
during film
